About the Hospital
ÌìÑÄÉçÇø¹ÙÍø Holy Family Medical Center
ÌìÑÄÉçÇø¹ÙÍø Holy Family Medical Center is a 23-bed acute/intermediate care, critical access hospital. We are located in the rural farming community of Monmouth, Illinois and currently serve the patients and families of Warren, Henderson, and Mercer counties.
ÌìÑÄÉçÇø¹ÙÍø Holy Family provides a broad range of acute care and outpatient services including a variety of specialist, emergency, rehabilitation, and diagnostic imaging services.
Tobacco-Free Environment
ÌìÑÄÉçÇø¹ÙÍø Holy Family Medical Center is a tobacco-free and smoke-free campus. ÌìÑÄÉçÇø¹ÙÍø HealthCare is committed to the promotion of health through the treatment and prevention of disease, and for providing a safe and healthy environment for our employees, physicians, volunteers, visitors and those we serve.
Consistent with this commitment, ÌìÑÄÉçÇø¹ÙÍø HealthCare recognizes the adverse health effects of tobacco products and second-hand tobacco smoke.
For these reasons, the use of tobacco products in any form (i.e. cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, snuff, pipes, electronic cigarettes, etc) is prohibited on ÌìÑÄÉçÇø¹ÙÍø HealthCare property. This includes land, buildings, parking lots, or leased spaces.

ÌìÑÄÉçÇø¹ÙÍø Medical Group - Monmouth, "a department of Holy Family Medical Center," is located on the ÌìÑÄÉçÇø¹ÙÍø Holy Family Medical Center campus. It provides primary medical care for patients of all ages.
ÌìÑÄÉçÇø¹ÙÍø Medical Group - Monmouth is staffed by several physicians, physician assistants, advanced practice nurses and support staff.
ÌìÑÄÉçÇø¹ÙÍø Specialty Clinics - Monmouth
A variety of different services are provided through the Specialty Clinic including Cardiology, Diabetes Care, Podiatry, General Surgery, Pulmonology, Sleep Lab, Urology and Women's Health.
ÌìÑÄÉçÇø¹ÙÍø Specialty Clinics-Monmouth is located in the Rehabilitation and Specialty Clinics wing on the north side of ÌìÑÄÉçÇø¹ÙÍø Holy Family Medical Center.
